Position: Administrative Assistant
Duty station: Windhoek
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding , scanning etc
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Interacting with stakeholders in a professional conduct
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as bookings and reservations
- Able to work independently , self motivated and result driven
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate in office administration or business administration
Skills and competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Administrative writing skills
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, Power point and adobe acrobat
