Dr. Ndeulipula Hamutumwa serves as an Executive Director for Strategy and Corporate Affairs and chairperson of the board sub-committee of Risk and Audit. He has experience in strategic business leadership and development; strategic management; corporate governance; finance and stakeholder engagement, spanning over a period of 17 years. He worked in different economic sectors of such as natural resource (diamond); unlisted asset management (private equity); fishing & marine resources and infrastructure development.
He holds a degree in Accounting; Master degree in Business Leadership; an Executive Master’s degree in Organizational Sport Management and Doctorate of Commerce. He serves on the board of Namdeb Holding (Pty)Ltd and Namibia Student Financial Asssistant Fund (NSFAF). He is the board chairperson of Debmarine Namibia (Pty)Ltd. He is an author and sport enthusiast.
