Hon. Helmut Kangulohi Angula serves as the Group Chairman of Naras investment (Pty)Ltd. He is a founding member of the Constituent Assembly of the Republic of Namibia. He was subsequently elected to the National Assembly in 1990. He held various cabinet positions in the areas such mines; energy; fisheries; marine resources; agriculture; water; rural development; national planning; works and transports.
Since leaving the government in 2010, Hon. Angula ventured into private businesses and consultancy work in various field of the Namibian economy. Hon. Angula holds a master’s degree from Voronezh State University. Hon Angula has interest in International Affairs; African Unity; Politics and Sport.
